President PMC holds post Examination Analysis of MDCAT

ISLAMABAD: After successful completion of conducting MDCAT exam in national and foreign venues where almost 204,000 students appeared.

The President PMC Prof. Dr. Noushad Ahmed Sheikh held a meeting of Post MDCAT Examination Analyse on Tuesday with all relevant stake holders and examination department of PMC. After receiving complaints by the candidates, it was learnt that in MDCAT Exams there were few out of syllabus questions in some provinces. President PMC took notice of the same.

President PMC Prof. Dr. Noshad Ahmad Shaikh directed Vice Chancellors of all public universities to re-check their question papers analyse any discrepancy found in paper and may be addressed at the earliest and it must be compensated
In the meeting it was also learned that 8% of the students were absent therefore it was decided that their fee for the MDCAT shall not be refunded. The President PMC appreciated the entire staff especially staff of Examination and IT division for putting unprecedented efforts for conducting a smooth & transparent exam.

It is pertinent to mention that for the first time in the history of Pakistan the MDCAT exam was held in one day on both national and international venues. The result of MDCAT exam will be uploaded on PMC website after a week so students can apply further. MDCAT exam was held at 55 different centers.
