Press statement on terror attack in Jalalabad

KABUL (The Kabul Times): Once again, Afghanistan’s enemies have carried out a terrorist attack in Jalalabad which resulted in martyrdom and injuring of a number of our countrymen.

Afghanistan and other Islamic country’s ulama called the imposed war in Afghanistan a sedition, but despite that, the terrorist groups are still stressing on this war even in holy month of Ramadan and have not given up killing innocent people.

Terrorists have once again proven that they don’t respect in Allah the Almighty orders and national consensus which is peace.

Condemning the attack in the strongest possible terms, President Ghani said that the terrorists and their supporters couldn’t weaken the nation’s belief and will to bright future of the country by conducting such barbaric attacks.

While extending his condolences to the martyrs’ families, the president prayed for immediate recovery of those injured.
