We are proud of Pakistan Army, didn’t mean to hurt anyone: Ahsan Iqbal

WASHINGTON: Federal Interior Minister, Ahsan Iqbal has said Army is the proud of Pakistan and didn’t mean to hurt anyone or our soldiers.

This he said regarding his previous statements and adding that he respect every soldier of Pakistan Army as it carried out anti terror operation Radd-ul- Fasaad successfully in the whole country.

Ahsan Iqbal further explanation came after his recent comments in which he advised army to refrain from commenting on economy.

The interior minister’s further explanation came following the backlash over his recent comments in which he had advised army to refrain from commenting on country’s economy.

Later DG ISPR expressed his disappointment at the Interior minister statement and adding that as a soldier and a citizen of Pakistan I was hurt from the statement of Interior minister.
