ISLAMABAD: Federal Bureaucrats of District Management Group is involved in cutting the due rights of promotion, posts and transfer of their counterparts of Provincial Management Services. It was underscored by the representatives of All Pakistan Provincial Management Services Association (APPMSA) in a news conference in Islamabad, Monday.
The APPMSA representatives Mr. Irfanullah Khan Marwat, Naveed Shahzad Mirza, Dr. Waqar Masood, Muhammad Taqi Usman, Zafar Naqvi and Nauman Wazir said that Central Establishment Division issued a circular on March 12, 2021, which is totally violating the constitution.
They said that All Pakistan Provincial Management Services Association condemned this circular which is against constitution and intended to curb the basic service rights including career promotion, position categories, transfer etc.
They accused the DMG group for stabbing other cadres for safeguarding the career of its 700 officers of DMG group. The APPMSA representatives informed the media men that DMG group constituted the Pakistan Administrative Group in 2015, without necessary legislation.
Other than this they also accused the DMG group for occupying the seats of Provincial Management Services in the provinces and also blamed DMG group for betraying the government, Federation, Constitution, Country and the public.
The representatives of APPMSA requested the Prime Minister Imran Khan, Provincial Chief Ministers, and Chief Justice of Pakistan to take notice of this lawlessness and sever violation of the constitution and help them get their due rights as per their service rules and regulations under constitution of the country.
