PSX awards Fauji Fertilizer 1st position in country

KARACHI: Prime Minister of Pakistan gave away award to Fauji Fertilizer Company (FFC) for being the Best of the Best Company of the country as announced by the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) at a ceremony arranged by them at the Sindh Governor House, Karachi.

Besides being declared the “Best of the Best” i.e. 1st amongst Top 25 companies for 10 years in 1997 and consecutively from 2010 to 2018, the company has also managed a remarkable position of honor by being in the “First 10 of The Top 25 Companies” for over two decades.

Prime Minister of Pakistan – Mr. Imran Khan, conferred the award to Brig Ashfaq Ahmed (Retd), SI (M) Company Secretary Fauji Fertilizer Company FFC in an august ceremony.

CE&MD FFC appreciated the concerted efforts of Management for maintaining the remarkable position of honour to the company for the 9th consecutive year. He remarked that FFC has always been recognized for excellence in governance, compliance to statutory obligations, conformity and adherence to International Corporate and Financial standards. Declaration by PSX has recognized our high standards of transparency in work, excellent internal controls and culture of excellence developed and inculcated due to fair, accountable and good management practices.
