PTI blames NAB for deliberately failed its case before SC: Fawad Chaudhry

F.P. Report

ISLAMABAD: Leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Fawad Chaudhry has criticized the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), the way it was presenting its appeal before the Supreme Court, then it is obvious that the decision would be this.

He said that NAB deliberately weakened the case and didn’t present actionable evidence in NAB’s plea to reopen the Rs1.2 billion Hudaibiya Paper Mills reference against the Sharif family as it squashed by the Lahore High Court.

Fawad said this while talking to media outside the Supreme Court. He showed serious reservations over the NAB’s prosecution department in the case.

PTI leader claimed that the apex court judges were not guided in the right way and basic documents of the case were presented in the court.

He added that the party will review the detailed order of the case once the detailed judgment is released.
