F.P. Report

ISLAMABAD: Chief of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has blamed the former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf for damaging the Kashmir issue by calling the United Nations resolutions on Kashmir as out-dated.

This he said while giving interview to the news outlet. PTI Chief said that the UN resolutions continue to be of central relevance in that they reaffirm the legitimacy of the Kashmiris’ right to self-determination.

He also lashed out the former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and blamed that he forgot the sacrifices of Kashmiri people by strengthening own ties with India and adding that Nawaz became the first Pakistani PM to visit India officially for Modi’s swearing-in ceremony and forgot to meet the Hurriyat leadership.

Imran Khan informed that PTI is working on different proposals regarding Kashmir conflict and adding that our Kashmir policy will be substantive and not restricted to declaratory platitudes.
