MARDAN: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chapter took a strict action against more than 15 of its members for not following party rules during the general elections held on February 8, 2024. To get to the bottom of the matter, an inquiry team led by Purdil Khan was formed. This team had the task of figuring out who had disobeyed the party’s instructions during the general elections 2024.

After a careful and open investigation, the 15-member committee discovered that certain members had gone against the party’s policies and had actively campaigned against the PTI’s chosen candidate. Following the recommendations made by the inquiry committee, the party leaders decided to take immediate action.

As a result, the memberships of these party members were terminated on the spot. Among those who faced the consequences were Nadeem Shah advocate, who served as the president of the Insaf Lawyer Forum (ILF), along with Sadat Khan, Muhammed Kamal, Iqbal Khan, Israr Ahmad Shahkar, Mian Farman, Waheed Gul, Musa Khan, Mian Mubarak Shah, Mian Bawar Khan, Bilal Yousafzai, Nizam Mashal, Zeeshan Khan, Shahid Ali Zada, and Imtiaz Khan.

This move underscores the PTI’s commitment to upholding discipline within its ranks and ensuring that its members adhere to party policies, especially during crucial electoral processes.
