PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) here Friday issued notice to Deputy Commissioner Hangu for not allowing the workers convention of PTI.
The notice was issued by a single member bench Justice Ejaz Anwar Khan to the deputy commissioner Hangu on a writ petition filed by PTI Hangu President, Yousaf Khan.
Sikandar Shah advocate appeared on behalf of the petitioner and argued that DC Hangu has rejected application of his client regarding workers convention while other parties were allowed to hold workers convention.
He maintained that JUIF has recently organized a workers convention at Hangu. The court adjourned hearing till December 12 and issued notice to the respondents.
