PTI to prove its popularity again in by-polls: Aleem
LAHORE: Senior Minister Punjab and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf provincial president Abdul Aleem Khan has said that the PTI will prove its popularity in the by-elections also.
He said that people would vote for their national hero Prime Minister Imran Khan, adding that the incumbent government had started fulfilling its promises as austerity and saving measures have been started from the top.
He expressed these views while talking to a delegation from NA-129. The minister said that despite a number of engagements as the senior minister, he would soon visit every union council.
He assured that every problem would be solved and genuine issues would be addressed in minimum possible time, adding that in the 100-day plan, concrete and solid steps were being proposed to bring revolutionary changes in the present system.
The senior minister said that recommendations regarding health, education and law & order were being made keeping in view the ground realities.
He said that the government has firm commitment to bring permanent changes in the province.
Meanwhile, sons of Abdul Aleem Khan, Abdul Rehman Khan and Abdul Rafae Khan also visited 10 union councils of PP-158 and took part in tree plantation campaign.
They also met a number of PTI workers and local leaders in the areas of Gulistan Colony, Baja Lines, Basti Saidan Shah, Washing Line Area, Shadman and adjoining areas.
