PTI’s Syed Ali Abbas Gul Agha also quits party over May 9 incidents

F.P. Report

LAHORE: A former Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf ticket holder from Sheikhupura on Saturday bid adieu to the party over the violent incidents of May 9.

Syed Ali Abbas Gul Agha, a former PTI ticket holder from PP-137, Sheikhupura, quit the beleaguered party over the May 9 riots.

Gul said that he had been observing PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s anti-Army rhetoric for the past one year and consequently, the May 9 tragedy occurred.

He said that Pakistan Army was our pride. “In the current situation, I cannot become part of any mischievous party and I part my ways with the PTI,” he announced.
