LAHORE: An anti-terrorism court in Lahore has handed over PTI leader Dr Yasmin Rashid to police on two-day physical remand in connection with attack on Askari Plaza in Gulberg and arson incidents.
Dr Yasmin Rashid was produced in the ATC today presided by Admin Judge Abhar Gul Khan.
The PTI leader had already been in prison on judicial remand.
Meanwhile, the court also sent 89 accused to jail on 14-day judicial remand in connection with attack on Jinnah House and other violent incidents.
The ATC judge rejected the prosecution’s demand for their physical remand.
Another set of 14 accused suspected of involvement in torching police vehicles around Rahat Bakery in Lahore was sent to prison on 14-day judicial remand.
The judge also rejected prosecution’s plea for their physical remand.
