LAHORE: The Punjab education authorities have banned the use of loudspeakers in private schools and announced action against violators across the province, on Saturday.
It has been notified that the education department will seize the loudspeaker and take legal action against the private school upon using the loudspeaker.
The circular issued stated that the use of loudspeakers creates loud voices and has a negative impact on human health.
The circular cleared that all such activities which could affect human health would not be allowed in private schools.
In case of violations, legal action will be taken as per the Sound System Act 2015.
All education authorities in the province will issue directives to the private schools.
