Punjab govt bans sharing of official documents on WhatsApp

LAHORE: The Punjab government has banned the sharing of official documents on WhatsApp.

The ban will be imposed immediately. A letter has been issued to government departments in this regard.

The decision has been made in the light of the orders issued by the Cabinet Division on January 31.
