Qadri calls APC on 28th

LAHORE: The chairman of PAT Tahirul Qadri has called the All Parties Conference (APC) to draft next course of action against government over the Model Town tragedy.

He announced the decision in a joint press conference with Awami Muslim League head Sheikh Rashid in Lahore. Reminding the memory of carnage during Model Town operation, Qadri said that the personnel from 45 police stations of Lahore were called, while 809 shooters and snipers and 204 Punjab Special Forces commandoes were deployed around the protest venue.

“Such a big operation could not be conducted without chief minister Punjab approval, therefore both CM Punjab and Rana Sanaullah should immediately resign from their posts,” he demand.
