Qalandars’ Brathwaite to miss remaining PSL games after being named in WI team

F.P. Report

DUBAI: West Indian cricketer Carlos Brathwaite will miss remaining matches of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) after being named by Cricket West Indies for ODIs against England.

The five-match ODI series between England and West Indies will be played from February 20 to March 2.

According to sources, Brathwaite, who was included in Lahore Qalandars squad, will fly from Dubai tonight to join his national duties.

Qalandars will announce a replacement in due course. It is, however, unclear if Brathwaite would return to PSL once free from his national duty.
