Quetta’s Jason Roy fined for reacting over dismissal

LAHORE: Quetta Gladiators batter Jason Roy on Monday fined five percent of his match fees for breaching the Pakistan Super League (PSL) code of conduct in the 20th match against Lahore Qalandars.

Jason Roy lost his cool when given caught by the umpire Asif Yaqoob on Shaheen Shah’s delivery.

The English cricketer while admitting the offence, accepted the fine imposed by the match referee Roshan Mahanama.

It is pertinent to note that Jason Roy was found guilty of breaching Article 2.21 of the PSL.
