ISLAMABAD: Former prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supermo, Nawaz Sharif has said that it is the right of every citizen to protest within the boundary of legal restrictions.
Nawaz Sharif said this while talking to media representatives in accountability courtroom on Tuesday. He said that he supported those who are speaking in favor of human rights and against the atrocities which is in any mean.
He added that PML-N looking forward for the unity for the development of the country and adding that I wish that everyone stay united and learn lesson from the past in the better interest of country.
Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam Nawaz and son-in-law on Tuesday appeared in accountability court for hearing of Avenfield reference against them.
During the hearing headed by Justice Mohammad Bashir, Maryam Nawaz’s lawyer Amjad Pervez continued cross-examination of Panama Joint Investigation Team (JIT) head Wajid Zia.
