MUMBAI: 2018 will clearly be the year of weddings in the history of Bollywood. Interestingly, this year looks no different with various love stories blooming and celeb couples going all public about their relationship.

Hitting headlines almost every day with their romance are Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, who if reports are to be believed will be tying the knot soon. Initially, after refuting their relationships for months, the couple finally admitted their relationship last year. Ever since then speculations around their wedding started doing rounds on the internet and now a source close to the family informs that a wedding date will be picked soon for the couple.

The source informed a leading portal, “Bhatts and Kapoors will meet a Pandit together to zero down on some auspicious dates for the Shaadi and one of those dates will be finalised. There is loose talk that the Pandit meeting date has been fixed up for April.”

Adding to that, a new report in Mumbai Mirror suggests that the couple is looking out to buy a love nest in New York City and Neetu Kapoor, who is currently in New York with Rishi Kapoor, is already house-hunting for them.

It was recently at the Ambani wedding when Karan Johar also dropped hints about Ranbir and Alia’s wedding. He said, “Clearly wedding season is on and we are just getting inspirational because you never know when Ranbir… vo kabhi bhi haath se jaa sakta hai”

On the work front, Alia and Ranbir will be next seen in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra which hits the screens in December 2019.
