Residents of Sadda protest against PTM

PARACHINAR: Residents of Sadda protested against Pakhtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) and chanted slogans in favor of Pakistan Army for its sacrifices in maintaining peace in the tribal areas.

According to details, hundreds of residents held a rally in Sadda on Monday. The participants hold placards and banner in favor of Pakistan Army.

The rally was started from Sadda Press Club and it was ended on Amir Mavia chowk of Sadda. On the occasion, elder of the area Malik Abdul Wali Khan said that it is very unfortunate that Manzoor Pashteen, leader of PTM was trying to malign the Pakistan Army with their slogans.

Where was Manzoor Pashteen when the terrorists were destroying the houses and killing the innocent tribesmen, he questioned. He claimed the movement of PTM will further divide the Pakhtun nation and demanded from the Pakhtuns to reject this kind of peoples. Similarly, Amir of Jamaat-i-Islami Hikmat Khan Hikmatyar said that they will not participate in the PTM protest movement and termed it against the interest of the country and Pakhtuns nations.
