Riaz Peerzada among other govt officials stage walkout from NA

ISLMABAD (NNI): The government officials on Thursday staged walkout from National Assembly for allegedly joining links of as many as 37 parliamentarians with terrorism in Intelligence Bureau (IB) report.

While addressing the participants in the assembly, Federal Minister Riaz Peerzada said that the government should launch an investigation into the matter and unveil the name of the person who prepared the report.

He further warned of staging walkout on daily basis until the explanation from senior leaders in the House. He further said IB has clarified that the report is fake.

Moreover, the minister left the session along with other officials despite Speaker Ayaz Sadiq’s order.
