Robbers looted 22 shops in Jowar bazaar

BUNER: The robbers looted 22 shops in Jowar Bazaar after they broke the locks of these shops at Saturday night.

DPO Mohammad Irshad and AAC Dagar Naveed Akbar visited the spot and talked to the affected shopkeepers and suspended the SHO of the area and appointed Javed Khan as SHO Police Station Jowar.

The affected shopkeeper’s representatives Hassan Zeb, Mehraban Shah and Kamran while lodging FIR in the police station told they were gone to homes after locking the shops at night and found the locks of about 22 shops broken early morning. They claimed of missing valuables from these shops.

They expressed sorrow over this tragic incident of theft at night as previous many others shops were also looted at mid night operation by unknown thefts. The elected member’s local’s bodies Gul Mohammad Khan, Wali Rehaman and Ali Rehman told media they will support the affected shop keepers in any type of protest for their rights.
