Roof collapse kills 4 of a family in Swabi

SWABI: Four people of a family were killed and three have been injured when the roof of their house collapsed before midnight. The incident was occurred In Marghuz village at Mohallah Balarkhel, Tehsil Swabi. The officials of the district administration said that that the house had turned feeble with the recent five-day rainfall.

Thee Rescue 1122 team had reached to help in removing the rubbles and extracting the dead bodies, they said, adding that they recovered the dead bodies an hour and the three injured persons have been taken to Bacha Khan Hospital Complex, Shahmansoor.

In the killed persons a mother, her daughter, their grandmother and young nephew were included. They were identified as SajjidaBibi, 39, her daughter Kaiynat Babi 25, Gul Khitab’s mother Sherina Bibi 68, and eight-year-old Rabia bibi. Sadia Khan 38, Fatima Bibi, 13 and nine-year-old, Ibrahim Khan have been injured and soon admitted in Bacha Hospital.
