Roof collapse kills three in Karachi

KARACHI: As many three people including a woman of a same family was killed when roof of a house collapsed Gilgit Colony, Korangi area of Karachi in the wee hours of Monday.

According to reports, the rescue teams arrived at the scene and shifted the bodies to Jinnah Hospital where they were identified as 55-year-old Liaquat Ali, 25-year-old Sofia and six-year-old Ayyan.

Rescue official told media that six people were present in the house at the time of incident however, three miraculously saved their lives.
