Saheefa Jabbar has words for reality show ‘Tamasha’

(Web Desk): Actor and model Saheefa Jabbar has strongly criticised the ongoing season of reality show Tamasha, expressing serious concern.

The former model voiced her disappointment through social media.

In an Instagram story, the actress described her dismay after watching Tamasha 4, calling contestant behaviour shameful and disturbing.

Talking about it, Saheefa Jabbar Khattak wrote: “Man, honestly, watching Tamasha makes my heart sink. Such filthy behaviour goes on inside.

“Fights over bread, curry, and potatoes; foul language; and everyone just trying to put each other down, only for screen time.

“Brother, there are moral values too, there is basic decency too. What is this? Is this what they’re promoting?

“The level of manipulation happening just to win the game is even more toxic.

“Emotional abuse has been normalised, faking pain, making up struggles and stories, even lying in tone, all of it feels utterly disgusting.

“One should understand that crossing every limit is not ‘entertainment’.

“Staying calm, maintaining respect, and competing with dignity are also part of the game.

“Winning isn’t only what you see on the screen. True victory is when a person walks out of the game still carrying their honour and humanity.”

Her remarks quickly spread across social media, where reactions were sharply divided between those criticising her harsh tone and supporters.

Many praised her for courageously raising questions about what reality television teaches young viewers about conflict, manipulation, and morality.
