Sajal Aly and Humayun Saeed to share screen in upcoming ‘Main Manto Nahin Hoon’

KARACHI: Humayun Saeed, the heartthrob actor of Pakistani showbiz industry will appear in upcoming drama serial ‘Main Minto Nahi Hoon’, written by senior drama writer Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar.

‘Main Minto Nahi Hoon’ has been directed by Nadeem Baig.

To play the lead role, there were three names including Mehwish Hayat, Maya Ali and Sajal Aly.

There were speculations that Mehwish Hayat and Maya Ali were the top recommendations but Sajal Aly has been finalized.

Khalil ur Rehman Qamar was invited as a guest at ‘Mazaaq Raat’ show where he was asked if he was writing a drama.

He said he was writing ‘Main Manto Nahin Hoon’ and Humayun Saeed will play the lead role.

The show’s host, Wasay Chaudhry, asked about the female lead, Qamar joked, ‘I have been told not to take Sajal Aly’s name,’ causing the host and the audience to burst out laughing.
