Samsung Galaxy Note 10 to be launched in August

Monitoring Desk

ISLAMABAD: Though Samsung is still struggling for the launch of its most innovative Galaxy Fold smartphone yet it didn’t stop tech geeks for guessing launch date of the next Galaxy Note. We knew that Galaxy Note 10 is launching in August but we had no idea what exactly would be the launch date of the phone until now.

As of now, according to a report by a Korean website ETNews, the Galaxy Note 10 will make its official debut on 10th of August. And similarly, like the release of Galaxy Note 9 last year, you can expect that Note 10 will go on sales two weeks later on 25 August.

Moreover, the report also talks about the possibility of two Galaxy Note 10 devices, which we have been hearing for a while. The Pro model is said to come with 5G support, while the regular Galaxy Note 10 will support LTE.

Meanwhile, previous rumors have suggested that the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Pro flagships are likely to feature a new Exynos 9825 SoC, which is not announced yet. This new chipset will be a 7nm process and will likely be more power efficient and slightly faster than the Exynos 9820 SoC. The phones are expected to be powered with 12GB of RAM and a lot of onboard storage. They will be released with Android Pie with Samsung’s One UI as their skin.

The pro variant is also rumored to come with quad camera setup while the regular version will have a triple camera setup on the rear. Both phones are also going to pack 45-watt quick-charge functionality to charge thrice as fast as Galaxy S10.

The price of upcoming Galaxy Notes is still unconfirmed but we expect both phones to cost over $1100 considering the price of its predecessors.
