MUMBAI: Sanjay Dutt and Arjun Kapoor are all set to work together in the historical movie ‘Panipat’ which is dream project of Ashutosh Gowariker who has been famous for fascinating historical dramas.
Filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker, bring this time the story of historical third Battle of Panipat. Kriti Sanon is also part of the star cast.
While talking to media persons in Mumbai, Gowariker said that he chooses the cast according to their performance and they are the right choice for the characters.
The film is based on one of the most epic battles in India’s history. It was fought between the northern expeditionary force of the Maratha Empire and the invading forces of the King of Afghanistan, Ahmad Shah Abdali, supported by two Indian allies – the Rohilla Afghans of the Doab and Shuja-ud-Daula, the Nawab of Awadh.
The film is scheduled to be release on December 6, 2019.
