F.P. Report

LAHORE : Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, a senior leader of the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), emphasized the importance of political stability for national well-being.

He stated that his party opposed revenge politics and expressed the commitment to initiate a grand dialogue among leaders of various political parties. He asserted that the goal of this dialogue was to foster development by setting aside political conflicts and animosity.

Sadiq advocated for harmony and unity among all political parties to address the crisis in Pakistan and work towards the progress and welfare of the nation.

He underscored the need for political unity, especially in light of the upcoming National Assembly session scheduled for February 29, where the election of the speaker, deputy speaker, and prime minister will take place.

Sadiq claimed that the PML-N has the support of alliances for these key positions in the National Assembly.

As a former speaker of the National Assembly, Sadiq pledged to engage in politics based on principles rather than personal grudges.
