F.P. Report
LAHORE: Secretary General, Jamaat e Islami, Liaqat Baloch, has said that Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman is the honoured guest of the entire Pakistani nation and not of the government alone, and the whole nation was welcoming him with an open heart.
Speaking at a breakfast meeting with senior citizens, he said the government decision to limit the Crown Prince’s visit to the government level was unwise and proved its inexperience. He said that the relations with friendly states were always at the level of the general public.
Continuing, the JI Secretary General said that Opposition leader Shahbaz had got relief from the court. He said, if it was due to the weakness of the prosecution, the government was responsible for that.
He said that the Prime Minister and the ministers should not run the government through hollow speeches. Instead, the government should prepare the corruption cases in a fool proof manner and bring forth the evidence.
