ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) Friday fixed a petition for investigation against the Pakistanis whose names had appeared in the Panama Papers for hearing.
The petition was filed by Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Emir Sirajul Haq.
A two-member SC bench headed by Justice Sardar Tariq Masood will hear the case on June 9 next.
Justice Aminuddin Khan will be part of the bench.
The Supreme Court issued notices to the respondents in the case including the attorney general.
It is to be noted here that the JI emir filed the petition against the 436 Pakistanis whose names had appeared in the Panama Paper in 2017.
