SC orders for displaying reports on official website

LAHORE: The Supreme Court ordered for displaying two reports on government hospitals of Lahore at the website of Punjab Health Department.

In an interim order, released here on Monday, the court ordered that all concerned may extend suggestions objection within 15 days with the Committee Chairman Secretary Health Punjab, who had prepared a separate report after considering a report from a committee, headed by Dr Masood Sadiq. The health secretary will prepare a brief of the suggestions for perusal of the court, says the order.

The report on the condition of government hospitals of Lahore had been submitted by a committee of the medical superintendents (MS) of the government hospitals in Lahore, and headed by Dr Masood Sadiq.

The bench comprising Chief Justice Supreme Court Mian Saqib Nisar and Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan had passed the orders on a suo motu notice on the condition of government hospitals of Lahore.
