School shooting in US state of Louisiana leaves 1 dead, 2 injured

NEW YORK (AA): At least one person was killed and two others were injured in a shooting at a high school in the US state of Louisiana, local media reported Tuesday.

Officials responded to a shooting at a high school in Greensburg.

All of the victims have been confirmed to be students at St. Helena College and Career Academy, according to media reports.

Authorities said the suspect is now in police custody.

The motive for the shooting is currently unknown.
