Schools shut down in Swat after van attack

PESHAWAR: Following the death of a school bus driver in an attack in the Swat district, all private educational institutions were shut down in protest on Tuesday.

On Monday, unidentified gunmen targeted the school van, killing its driver and injuring two students.

In reaction, the people have been staging a protest against the incident in Swat.

According to reports, political and social leaders from civil society will also join the protest demonstrations.
