LAHORE: It will no longer be possible for primary and middle schools in Punjab to buy ready-made question papers from bazaar as all these schools will be issued bar code question papers from this year.
According to the official sources, the Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) has issued orders to all the primary and middle schools regarding the question papers.
The computerised bar code issued to each school will be different from that of others, and it will be printed on the question paper.
The officials of the District Education Authority will verify the authenticity of the question papers by scanning the bar code during the exams.
“Strict action will be taken against the school principals if they buy question papers from bazaar,” warned the PEC.
