KABUL (Agencies): The Deputy Minister of Higher Education of the Islamic Emirate Dr. Lutfullah Khairkhwa in his trip to Moscow, has met with the Education and Science Minister of Tataristan, the ministry said in a statement Saturday.
The Academic Deputy Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khairkhwa has visited the Russian Federation to actively participate in the 14th Economic Conference titled “Russia and the Islamic World.”, the statement said.
During his stay, he also visited the Kazan Islamic University of the Republic of Tataristan of the Russian Federation, according to the statement.
Both sides discussed mutual academic issues including scientific and research experiences, fostering bilateral scientific cooperation, scholarship, and organization seminars exploring other mutually beneficial areas of interest, the statement further said.
