Second T20: Pakistan Women will face New Zealand at Sharjah today

SHARJAH:  Pakistan Women Cricket Team will New Zealand in the second T20 International which will be played at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Sharjah today (Thursday).

New Zealand team defeated Pakistan by 15 runs in the first T20 which was played at the same venue on Wednesday.

New Zealand set the target of 148 for the opponent with the help of opener Sophie Devine struck 41 off 29 balls while Katey Martin made 46 runs to guide News Zealand women to 147 for the loss on eight wickets.

Pakistan women only managed to score 132 runs for the loss of seven wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Nahida Khan remained top scorer with 34 followed by Javeria Khan (27) and Bismah Maroof (24).
