Secretary Blinken’s Meeting with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba

FP Report

CAPRI: Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken met today with Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba in Capri on the sidelines of the G7 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting. The two discussed the situation on the battlefield and Ukraine’s progress — in coordination with Allies and partners — as it pursues its goal of greater Euro-Atlantic integration. The Secretary reaffirmed the United States’ support for Ukraine as it defends its sovereignty and territorial integrity against Russia’s ongoing brutal aggression, including the recent attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, and called on Congress to pass the president’s supplemental funding request without delay.
