HAFIZABAD: The District Police have made foolproof security arrangements on the eve of Christmas and deputed 400 COPs including elite force and volunteers, DPO Dr. Sardar Ghias Gul said here.
He said that there are 33 Churches in the district and all the roads leading to the places of worships would be strictly monitored by the elite force COPs and establishing special pickets. Moreover, search and combing operations have been started around the churches to ensure protection of the Churches and Christians community. In addition to this, strict vigilance would be made and entry in the Churches would be made after proper checking through the metal detectors.
