Security forces announced a series of events and activities

KURRAM: Security forces in Kurram have announced a series of events and activities to commemorate Pakistan Resolution Day. This week-long celebration will honor the contributions and sacrifices made by leaders and participants of the Pakistan Movement while promoting a sense of nationalism among the people of Pakistan.
The events planned for this week include a range of competitions and activities designed to engage and inspire students. These include a Students Debate Competition in both Urdu and English, a Students National Songs Competition, and a Students Painting Competition. In addition, there will be a Cricket Semis/Final as part of the Dogar Winter Sports Festival, a Peace March, a Flag Hoisting Ceremony at APS Dogar, and a Tech Skills Development trainees certificate award ceremony.
One of the first events to be held was the English Debate Competition, which took place today. The competition included students from APS Dogar, GHS Dogar, Green Hills School Dogar, GHS Dargai, and GPS Tari Tang Schools. A total of 20 student speakers participated in the competition, which was attended by 300 teachers and students.
The efforts of the security forces to organize these events have been widely appreciated at all levels. By celebrating Pakistan Resolution Day in this manner, the security forces hope to foster a sense of pride and patriotism among the people of Pakistan, while also honoring the sacrifices and contributions made by those who fought for Pakistan’s independence. This week-long celebration is an important opportunity to come together as a nation and celebrate our shared history and values.
