Security forces arrest six suspects, recovered suicide jackets & weapons in search operations

ISLAMABAD: Security force arrested six suspected persons and recovered cache of weapons and suicide jackets in operations carried out in different parts of the Tribal belt.

Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) issued a statement in this regard and according to it security forces conducted search operations in Halka Plandara and Mohmand Agency as part of the Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad and recovered suicide jackets, IEDs, rockets, hand grenades, detonators and a cache of ammunition of different calibers and communication equipments.

Meanwhile, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Frontier Corps arrested six suspected persons in a search operation conducted in Orakai Agency of FATA and also recovered weapons including rockets, mortars and other heavy weapons.

Similarly, Balochistan Frontier Corps destroyed four terrorists camp on Sunday in different intelligence based operations and also two terrorists were killed during exchange of firing in Kahan and Dera Bugti areas.

Moreover, Balochistan FC foiled a terrorist bid and busted a network of terrorists and their facilitators.
