JAMRUD: The political administration of Bara set on fire narcotic commodities seized in various raids and operations in different areas of Tehsil Bara.
In this connection a simple gathering was organized in Levies center, Jamrud that was attended by Assistant Political Agent (APA), Bara Ismatullah Wazir, Political Tehsildar Ghuncha Gul, Chief of Aka Khel tribe Malik Zahir Shah Afridi, President Anjuman-e-Tajeran, Bara Bazaar Said Ayaz Wazir number of elders and officials.
Speaking on the occasion APA, Bara Ismatullah Wazir said that the heap of seized narcotics testified that the administration was serious to curtain business and consumption of the contraband items. He urged upon the tribesmen to join hands with them to get rid of the curse and develop a healthy and free of narcotics society. At the end huge quantity of seized narcotic products were set ablaze.
