Senior journalist Ahmad Noorani assaulted by unidentified men in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Senior journalist, Ahmad Noorani, was beaten by unidentified men in the federal capital on Friday.

As per details, six unidentified men on three motorcycles stopped the Noorani’s near Zero Point Interchange while he was on a way to Islamabad from Rawalpindi.

The six men got down from their motorcycles and after throwing out his keys from the ignition, they start beating Ahmad Noorani and his driver and left in injured condition.

Ahmad Noorani was shifted to hospital after the incident and he has been hospitalized, as per the initial he received several head injuries.

The police are investigating the case.
