ISLAMABAD: Several PTI leaders from Azad Jammu and Kashmir lined up against PTI Parliamentary Board due to controversial allocation of Party Tickets for Upcoming General Election in the valley.
Two PTI leaders and candidates for Legislative Assembly from LA-9 Sardar Naeem Aarzoo and Barrister Chaudhry Mehboob shared their grievances against Party Parliamentary board during separate news conference in Islamabad on Tuesday.
In his solo flight against Party Parliamentary board Sardar Naeem said that he was the right full candidate for party ticket from LA-9 Nokiyal, Kotli-2 but Parliamentary board had turn PTI’s victory into defeat through sale of party ticket to a person who joined the party just three days ago.
Sardar Aarzoo said that he joined the PTI in 2015, after inspiration from the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan and worked for the party’s cause during crucial time in the valley. However, at the time of tickets distribution, party board has conspired against the party’s interest and allotted the tickets to an undeserving individual.
He claimed that it is a well thought conspiracy against the PTI to push the party into humiliating defeat during upcoming election. Sardar Naeem Aarzoo appealed to the Party Chairman and Prime Minister Imran Khan to take notice of the injustices and denial of rights to the party workers on the hands of Party Parliamentary board during allocation of party tickets to the candidates.
Naeem claimed that the PTI workers and people of Nokiyal will fight for their right and stall all conspiracies against them. He added that they will protest this grave and clear injustice in coming days.
Another PTI leader and potential candidate from LA-9 Kotli, Chaudhry Mehboob Advocate followed the track of several other PTI leaders and informed the media men about partiality of Party’s Parliamentary board during allocation of party tickets.
Mr. Mehboob said that the board ignored the ideological and experienced workers while allotting the tickets and selected a newly arrived Parachuter who certainly would lead the party to a clear defeat during the upcoming general election in the valley.
Barrister Mehboob was in the view that it was a clear insult of the party old and real workers. Mr. Mehboob claimed that he was the right and most deserving worker for allotment of the party ticket and Prime Minister Imran Khan must review the board’s decision and allot ticket to him (Advocate Mehboob).
Mehboob said that he joined the PTI in 2016 and served the party and spread the Imran Khan’s vision in each corner of the Valley. He accused the current allotee of the PTI ticket from LA-9 for repeatedly changing his loyalties with several parties during the past.
Barrister Mehboob accused the PTI candidate for corruption and said he has no political support in the constituency. He also appealed the Prime Minister to investigate the matter and save the party from defeat in LA-9 Kotli in coming election.
