Shahbaz is a better choice for premiership: Saad Rafique

F.P. Report

KARACHI: Federal Minister for Railways, Khawaja Saad Rafique has said Nawaz Sharif is the only party leader and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz will not accept the minus Nawaz formula in any manner.

This he said while talking to private news channel. He said that our leader is Nawaz Sharif and after Shahbaz Sharif is the most suitable and acceptable personality in the party because both the two brothers are the two sides of the same coin.

He rejected the rumors regarding replacing Nawaz as party head and adding that Nawaz is the only leader who can lead the party and there is no such conflict in the party on this issue.

He added that Maryam Nawaz and Hamza Shahbaz are our younger sister and brother but they are not our political leaders and only Nawaz holds the power to give direction and narrative of the party.

If the PML-N wins general election of 2018 and Nawaz remains to be legally barred to hold public then Shahbaz Sharif could be a better choice as he is a capable of holding the premiership, he added.
