Sharjeel announces Electric Bus Service for Karachi

KARACHI: Provincial Minister for Information , Transport and Mass Transit Sharjeel Inam Memon on Sunday announced electric bus service for Karachi and added that it’s test drive will start on Monday (today) .

On his twitter account, the minister said that Sindh government of Pakistan Peoples Party has fulfilled another promise made with the citizens of Karachi. The world’s most modern electric buses will now be seen on the roads of Karachi.

He said that the Transport Department Government of Sindh is going to launch a new bus service in Kararchi which is the first electric bus service in Pakistan and completely eco-friendly.
