MUMBAI: After months of speculation, it has finally been confirmed that ‘Hera Pheri 3’ will be going on the floors at the end of this year.
The film’s original installment was released in 2000. It starred Akshay Kumar, Suneil Shetty and Paresh Rawal.
Filmmaker Indra Kumar confirmed the news to DNA India, “I’m happy that the favourite trio is coming back together. We start the film towards the end of this year. It’s currently being scripted. I was completely cut off from that project for the last three months because I was busy with Total Dhamaal.”
Kumar also confirmed that the film will be heavy on special effects. He said, “So, it will definitely be bigger and better and involve heavy VFX. I’m expecting people to enjoy the film as much.”
