Shutdown strike in IoK against killing of youths by Indian occupied troops

SRINAGAR: A strike is being observed in Indian occupied Kashmir (IoK) against Indian state terrorism, on Friday.

According to reports, the strike call was given after eight Kashmiri youth were martyred by Indian troops in Pulwama, Shopian and Baramulla districts.

In a show of solidarity with the martyred youth, educational institutions and businesses remained shut throughout IOK.

Following the strike, occupying forces have increased their security in the valley. According to Kashmir Media Service, Indian troops have launched a search and cordon operation in the Kulgam district.
