F.P. Report

LAHORE: There will be many celebrities, to whom the people will pour lots of love and wishes on their birthday, but to the star of singer Atif Aslam’s caliper, who is celebrating his 39th birthday today, fans would take only a second to extend wishes to their favorite musician.

The birthday boy, Atif Aslam has achieved a lot of success over the years. Talking about his early days in musical journey, during his associated act with “Jal”, or his solo career, both of them are quite glorious to discuss.

This has not ended here, his first studio album “Jalpari” in 2004, opened a gateway for Atif to do collaborations with top music producers from India, which was started from his super-hit album “Doorie”.

Now, Atif Aslam has no need of any introduction, as he has been the dominating the musical world, with his versatile singing skills, not only in Pakistan and India, but across the world.

Now, he has decided to test his fate in TV industry, as currently, he is seen in drama “Sang-e-Mah”, in the lead role. Though, in 2011, he went on to appear in Shoaib Mansoor’s film “Bol”.

There is no doubt that Atif Aslam has set an example that if you are determined and passionate, you can achieve anything in the life. As, he played a pivotal role in adding his breath to the musical industry, which was dying, when the solo singers and bands like Vital Signs, Junoon, Awaz, Jupiter, Arid Zone, Aaroh, Jadoo and many more were leaving the industry.

The worth of Atif Aslam could be estimated through the statement of legendary Alamgir, who once thanked pop singers Atif Aslam and Ali Zafar for keeping the genre alive in Pakistan.

Hoping, that Atif Aslam, will continue to entertain his fans, but not just them, but also to listener with quality musical choice.
