Sirajuddin Haqqani calls Israeli attack on Gaza a ‘crime’

KABUL (TOLOnews): Acting Minister of Interior Sirajuddin Haqqani condemned Israel’s war on Palestine and called it a crime against the people of Palestine.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of a Mosque in Kabul, Haqqani said: “Al-Aqsa Mosque is calling for the support of Muslims, the Jewish have been storming the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Gaza, not only the Muslims of Afghanistan but also other Islamic countries who have sympathy for the Palestinian people.”
He said that the Islamic Emirate condemned “in the strongest terms the ongoing cruelty in Gaza and consider the ongoing violation of Muslim rights an unforgivable crime.”
On Friday, a mosque which resembles Al-Aqsa—the major historic mosque in Palestine—was inaugurated in the Wazir Akbar Khan area of Kabul.
The mosque is named Mullah Mohmmad Omar Mujahid and constructed by a Turkish company.
